Windows 10 Image in Camera App is flickering

Hi,

Image looks like below when i open the Camera app in Windows 10 version 1803 (This is before capturing the photo)

Camera app is reset and Flicker Reduction setting to 50Hz/Auto/Disabled. Still it did not help.

Please help to solve this issue
