Windows 10 Installed FTP - set security for basic - can't log in

Hello,

I'm running WIn 10 Pro, 1903.

I've disabled the firewall for testing. I have no other antivirus/firewall products and no hardware firewall - testing on same subnet.

I've installed IIS with FTP.

I've set security for the FTP site as basic.

I try to connect to it through windows and it prompts me for a username and password. I put in the account I log into the FTP PC for windows login and it doesn't work as an FTP user. I tried with filezilla - same issue.

Any guess where to set up user accounts that work with FTP clients on WIndows 10?
