unable to install or run microsoft security essentials

When I try to run Microsoft Security Essentials I get the following error:

18c14841-6266-4a9c-af51-3b7624ab1d26?upload=true.png


I thought maybe I need to install it. The install says:

d834615d-9cd4-4dd0-810e-8e1d73ab618b?upload=true.png


Can someone clarify what I need to do, in order to run Security Essentials.

When I went to submit the question, the Windows Version drop-down doesn't offer Windows 10, so I chose Other.

I am running Windows 10 64-bit.
