Windows 10 [beginner] unattended.xml keyboard input help

Hi there,

I am trying to create an unattended windows 10 install however I am unsure of how to automatically complete the windows setup prompt that asks for Language to install, Time & currency format and Keyboard and input method. Aside from this, my installation runs smoothly. Are there any settings that I am missing to complete this?
