Windows 10 RDP and win 10

I want just two concurrent RDP logins for scanning purposes- my desk top and a laptop. Used to be able to do this on Win7. Is this possible on WIN 10 ? I don't mind paying some kind of upgrade fee to do this. But, I don't want to go to WinServer as I am not ready to learn another OS system. Any thoughts
