One of my end-users (Win7) is having something very strange happening when he opens an RDP session - the session opens, he can login, see and do whats needed, and even print locally, but in the background Windows has opened OneNote and/or the XMS printer. I've uninstalled OneNote and the XMS printer, we do not use either, from that system and from the Win10 RDP host (for good measure) but the issue still remains. I've checked the start-up and the RDP shortcut settings but I do not see anything that would trigger OneNote or the XMS Printer.

Oddly enough, the RDP session functions perfectly and the end-user can work without any trouble.

This Win7 client is slated to be replaced in the near future. Even so, the peculiarity of this happening, and the fact that he's the only one, has me curious.

Any help is appreciated.
