If I double click on internal DVD drive showing in Windows 10 file explorer. I get window labelled The location is not available with the message D:\is not accessible. The parameter is incorrect. If I right click the drive, there is no format command. If I look at the drive using disk management the CD-ROM does not show with the drive letter instead it is labelled Online. There is no size given.
I tried plugging in USD DVD. The drive shows up twice in file explorer. If I double click the USB drive using file explorer the files show but right click also shows no format command. Disk Management also shows no drive letter, online and give size of 2G for 700M CD. During Quickbooks backup get The currently logged in Windows User does not have permission to write or delete files from this location.
