Windows 10 Apps not opening or working

my Microsoft store will not open and my snip and sketch app also will not open and I need that app for my work I do. I am sure there are other apps not working but these are the 2 I have been trying to get to work that I need especially the snip and sketch since my snipping tool no longer works at all. also my most recent update failed to install. Update for Windows Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 (Version 4.18.1911.3) - Error 0x80070643. I use this computer for work and need this fixed.
