I have the same problem where windows defender and everything around it is just demolished. I can't update anything, I can not do the simplest update & windows security. I am really worried I tried to look as you said about if there might be an extra user but no odd long number user like you had. What I have is the name Interactive what I cant recognize and I don't know nothing about rights so I was daunted to do those theses you gave. I just hope somebody at Microsoft can help me out because I can't update and use windows security and that's worrying me!!
