Dear Sir,
We have customer with around 100 users purchased different kinds of HP desktop PC (Model deskpro computer and Z Workstation computer), it comes with preload windows 10 professional PC. When they used the Windows 10 for a period, sometimes they will encounter the mouse cannot click the top right size of the application menu bar. It shows white color rectangle box over the menu area.
When we try to minimize the program and maximize again, the problem still exist until reboot Windows 10.
All PC had been installed latest windows 10 update, also manufacturer of latest BIOS, and display drivers.
It happens randomly for different kinds of PC and also monitors, so I suspect it may not relate to hardware and monitor.
Any suggestion on it. Below screen (Top left side) and (Top right side) shows the white color rectangle bar.
