I have a Dell laptop running Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18362. When I try to access the Webcam in the Camera app in Windows I receive the error "Something Went Wrong: 0xA))F4271 <MediaCaptureFailedEvent> (0xC00D3E82).
I have updated the BIOS and all drivers, through Dell's support website. I have installed Windows updates. I have removed my anti-virus software and I have rolled back webcam drivers to a much older Microsoft driver. Nothing resolves the problem. If I use another application to access the webcam it works perfectly.
I have reset the Camera app through Settings>Apps.
Can anybody suggest a resolution to this?
