Windows 7 Windows 7 Activation Error Code 0x80072F8F

We cannot activate windows 7 in Microsoft Activation Server, we don’t have problem with license because we still have available license (300/500 licenses). I change the time setting and time zone. Bypass the proxy and connect directly to the internet.

Anyone can help me in this case?
