Windows 10 Offlice language pack

We are using windows 10 1909 Ent OS

our machines are enrolled to Intune and managed from intune only.

Windows 10 OS is in US English.... in all systems we also installed china OS language pack+ China office language pack

its showing in add/remove programs


During Windows update , does China office language pack look for updates or patches even though system display language is English ?
