Windows 10 Windows 10 update stuck

I have done the restart on the windows 10 update and it shut down and began the restart but has been stuck at "working on updates 91%" for over 12 hours. How do i get out of this the keyboard and mouse are not seen by the computer. I have tried ctrl-alt-del and power down and restarting but keep coming back to the same screen.
