Windows 10 Administrator rights needed when running Task Manager

We've installed 700+ computers with Windows 10. Now we have a strange issue on a few of those pc's. When we want to open the task manager, a pop up appears asking for administrator rights. This is very strange, because on most of our pc's no admin rights are asked, even if the UAC is configured at the highest level. When I browse to taskmgr.exe in C:\Windows\system32, the taskmgr.exe file has exactly the same rights as those of the majority of our pcs where the task manager works fine.

Does somebody know what's going on?
