Using a bootable windows 10 iso chkdsk switches were ran on all partitions.

The results displayed: Windows found no problems

1) Does an in place up grade repair replace the windows recovery partition when there is no upgrade (1909 > 1909) ?

2) The recovery partition appears to have the proper files by Mini Tool explore.

Chkdsk failed to fix the corruption.

What else can be done to fix the corruption of this NTFS file so that it no longer displays RAW and reagentc /info displays enabled?

3) If there is no method to repair the recovery partition how do you recreate the partition by command line after deleting the partition?
