Hi,
I have a weird problem with Remote Desktop connection to a Windows 10 computer.
I have a remote Windows 10 computer with a software installed. Then, I connect from other computer with Windows 10 Profesional via Remote Desktop. I open the application and I need to press F3 to do a search (application only allows search pressing F3. When I press F3, application throws an error.
I open de virtual keyboard in the remote machine, press f3, and the error is there.
But:
If I log on locally into the machine, I connect to the machine with TeamViewer or I connect to the machine from other computer with remote desktop, it works. Also, in the non working computer, if I open Word instead of the app, F3 works well.
So there has to be a problem in the malfunctioning computer remote desktop client. But I cannot think in any way to solve, without formatting and reinstalling. Any help?
