Windows 10 Should add local administrator right to user account or not

I am PC LAN admin of a small company , I am the only one person to maint. the PC .

I am considering if it is better to add the local user administrator right to user account .

I can not provide 7x24x365 service to them , if the user do not have the administrator right , no one can help them for any issue about the administrator right

even all my company standard application are no need to run with administrator right , however , they may be need administrator right to do something , eg install application or some urgent case .

I understand security is important , what is the good practice for it , in my case , should I add administrator right to user , other alternative way ?
