Windows 10 Explorer.exe crashes infinitly because of fault module SHELL32.dll

Hello,

My explorer crashes after 3 seconds starts again and crashes again. I tried everything I found by searching the internet for this problem nothing worked.
I created a .dmp file and opened it with WindDbg, but I only find the same information as in the event log

(FAILURE_MODULE_NAME: shell32, BUCKET_ID_MODULE_STR: shell32).
