I have Windows 10 Home, and the version is 1903 OS build 18362.720. Whenever I perform a manual scan either quick or full, I receive the following
notification: Windows Defender Antivirus scan skipped an item due to an exclusion or network scanning settings. I am wondering if this is a serious problem and is my Windows Defender Antivirus all right. I also always also receive a second notification saying that the scan was successful and no threats were found. My concern it the first notification. I have checked all exclusions. Please tell me if this is some sort of a serious issue and if Microsoft is working on a solution perhaps in a later Defender update. I use Windows Defender as my primary antivirus. It has worked well, but all of a sudden the notification has appeared saying: that Windows Defender Antivirus scan skipped an item due to an exclusion or network scanning settings. Please advise.
