I downloaded the Online You Tube converter website and since then I am continually getting pop ups and it appears to have put a virus on my laptop which I can't seem to remove and my Norton Antivirus does not appear to be able to remove it but Norton is continuing to block other malicious attacks
It was approximately 2 months ago when it was first downloaded so don't know if the system will restore to that point
It had been suggested that the computer be reset to it's original status but am not sure how this needs to be done or if there is any other way to solve the problem
