I have scoured the web but can't seem to find an answer to my problem other that people recommending a 3rd party product
Anyway I am running Win 10 v 1909 and just started using file history. It seems to be working fine. I have been able to save and retrieve files from the backup (located on a NAS drive). There are 2 event logs associated with File History: File History Core and File History Engine. The file history core log seems to work ok although all it does is display event id 100. The File history Engine (File History Backup Log) is empty, nada, nothing. The log is enabled but it never shows anything.
Any ideas would help. I wonder if I delete this log will the system regenerate it automatically?
