There’s nothing on screen. Minecraft on IPad. I think it’s bedrock edition

When I play Minecraft, theres no inventory bar, no chat button, and like the button next to the chat button! Like is there a permently way to fix this? Its been like this for 2 days. This happened when I tried to fix another glitch that happens to me usually it would go away but; this time it didn’t it just stayed there. So I went to settings and I was kind of messing with it, and I found the paper doll. I was just messing with the settings after. Then the glitching appeared, like a npc in a game that stops you. I tried to fix but, you know what after I got out of the settings.... It was fixed but everything on the screen disappeared. There was no hotbar. No chat button. No anything! I need a way to permantly
