I've just set up a standalone W10 Pro VM on our VMWare cluster. I used the standard Microsoft 1909 release ISO.
Installed fine, and put the latest patches on. However, I seem unable to activate it - in that I can't get the box to appear where they key goes (I have a key). Clicking 'Change product key in settings / activation has no effect. The formerly reliable slui 3 from the command line also has no effect (also tried slui 1, 2 and 4, and running it from an elevated command prompt - nothing appears in any of these cases).
sfc /scannow found an error and reported that it had repaired it - but still no luck in getting the product key box to appear.
Anyone any ideas?
