Windows 10 I cannot accesss any of the files when I click on COM+ applications

I am trying to set up my Western Digital backup and was following the instructions below. I get as far as COM+ applications but I don't see anything when I click on it. Any help is appreciated.

1. Expand Component Services.
   • Click the arrow next to Computers.
   • Click the arrow next to COM+ Applications.

WD Backup and WD Smartware need access to COM+ Applications under component services.
