Windows 10 SCCM clinet gettign corrupted post windows 8 to windows 10 upgrade

Hi All

we are in process of upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10 using sccm

post upgrade to windows 10, sccm clients gets corrupts and build will not continue,

any suggestion most welcome.
