Windows 10 Wrong logon type for remote desktop?

When using the remote desktop to logon a user for an interactive remote session, a query for the logon type (SECURITY_LOGON_TYPE) returns the value 3 (Network). For my opinion this should be 10 (RemoteInteractive) instead.
