Windows Defender Shows I have a Malware

my windows defender/windows security keeps telling me that I have one threat detected once I check what it is it tells me that if I want to remove it but it doesn't remove it, it just keeps saying that I still have it. I checked the location in my computer that is supposedly comin from but there's such file that it says its on. Is there something I can do or any suggestion??
