I have a new smart TV, a Samsung Q60. It has the ability to select network sources for playing/viewing files. I can see my PC listed as a Source and having shared my Video folder, can see and play all the files there. Great.
However, my other standard libraries, Pictures and Music, are not the same folders as on my PC and Documents and Downloads do not show at all. In the two that do show, there are no files showing and one empty folder with a user-defined (by me) name. I don't know where this folder could be located. My suspicion is that it was once on my OneDrive, which is currently empty. The only other place that it exists to my knowledge is on a PC-attached usb drive, inside a parent folder, neither of which is shared to the network. That folder also has content in it so I doubt it is the same one showing in the TV Source display.
Any idea what is happening or how I can remedy this disparity?
I am running Windows 10 and using a wireless modem for the network. I have shut off both my VPN and AV to see if there is a problem there but the problem persists.
