I got a call a while ago from a man saying that he was Microsoft support and that something was wrong with my computer. I did have something wrong with my laptop so I allowed him to take over my computer and "fix it". He then installed Supremo on my computer and took over and downloaded things. Since then supremo has been on my computer and I would like to get it off.

I am not able to do the easy was of simply deleting the .exe file by going to tools> support> and then uninstalling it because when I go to the tools page it says that it is password protected and the only thing I can do it go to Download, open Usilio, or Help which all create links to the Usilio. I tried making an account and using my pass code but that did not work. I tried all day yesterday to get it off my computer.

Is there another way that I can get rid of it?
