Windows 10 Need a quick way to assess if a machine is on/off

i need a Microsoft tool/utility that would notify if any computers in the office were off. We have users accidentally shutting off their computers and it would be good to be alerted to that fact so we can go power them on and not have time pass before the user calls us complaining they cant reach it from home. Is there something built into Windows that would monitor for powered off computers? or something available for download that is free (or almost free) that would tell us that?

Is there anything available with System Center that might could do this job for us easily? I could get an evaluation copy possibly. Or anything in Microsoft 365?
