Windows 10 After servicing from Lenovo, Bitlocker requesting key which I do not have

Hello,

I sent off my new Lenovo Thinkpad T490 to get a new motherboard, and now there is a blue screen requesting a BitLocker encyrption key. When I log on to my Microsoft account, it says I have no keys linked to that account. I have tried doing a factory reset, but the same screen just comes up. Does anyone have any other ideas? I have read the FAQs and multiple other questions about this, but cannot find a solution.
