Windows 7 Where to download bootable Windows 7 repair for USB?

My Windows 7 on laptop without a DVD drive boots up but screen all blurred and corrupted so is not accessible and not usable. I guess I need a repair. I wonder where I can download repair files to fit in a 4G USB so that I can try to boot from the USB to repair. I have tried to press F8 while booting but to no avail.

The same laptop has a Linux system installed. I hope I can use Linux system to make the bootable USB with Windows 7 repair files.
