I am wondering if anyone has any idea what happens to my machine.
This desktop is installed Windows 10 Professional from scratch when build 1703 comes out with a new SSD. It is on build 1803 now.
I noticed every time when reboot/cold start the machine, there is one HP printer folder always moved to the first one from say NO.20 icon on desktop.
And Windows Defender Security Center window reset back to a narrow and tall window instead of a normal windows explorer size window after double click the icon from right bottom corner.
These 2 issues I noticed don't really do any damage, but I am wondering if there is any settings might cause the problem?
Should I try to re-install windows again? Or register the machine as a new PC(which doesn't need to download/sync settings/apps from windows account backup)?
