Windows 10 Windows 10 Pro for Workstations disable auto update

I use Win 10 Pro in factory setting where it runs 24 hours per day 7 days per week and I cannot find a way to disable windows update. Is there a way to permanently disable updates or can I move to 10 Pro for workstations and disable updates?
