Windows 10 Join computers to domain in VPN

Hi,

Users work from home due to COVID-19 outbreak. Few of the users computer giving "Trust Relation Ship Error".

Is it possible to connect to "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" from local user account and join the computer to domain.

Please advise
