I've received an email from a hacker into the Junk folder of my email linked to my Microsoft account, and this email included my Windows Hello 6-digit pin to prove I've been compromised.

The sender claims he has video of me watching porn and that the video will be sent to my contacts if I don't pay a certain amount in BTC.

After receiving this – I downloaded and installed a copy of Malwarebytes, which found over 20 malware programmes on my pc, even though I only installed this new copy of Windows about a month ago. I deleted the malware using Malwarebytes. Some viruses kept coming back after re-booting, which related to Chrome syncing issue, but this has been sorted now and the system looks clean.

I will be changing the Windows Hello pin for new but my concern is that if some loggers are still in the system then the new pin may again be obtainable by the hacker. Is there a possibility that Microsoft account password and google account password could have also been obtained during this attack?

Thank you.
