Windows 10 Misdirected action upon opening Microsoft Edge

When opening the latest updated Microsoft edge, I am directed to a dangerous web page. My Norton program warns me not to proceed. Why is this happening. I have never visited this page www.r.roverred.com. I have a private network with Xfinity and a VPN by NortonLifeLock .

This only started with the latest Microsoft Edge update. How do I get rid of this?
