Windows 10 Screen and Sleep settings in the Power & sleep window do not work.

Screen and Sleep settings in the Power & sleep window do not work. When the corresponding group policies are in the Not Configured position, the windows should contain data (for example 10 minutes, 20 minutes) and the user should be able to change them. But in these windows there is no data and they cannot be installed.
