Don't why I didn't think of this earlier. I've wanted it for a long time. Look at the pretty weather app �� A tiny bit of clever. I had asked Bing about getting it & they said the 2 were going to stay different, basically. And, suddenly it dawned on me how I could have what I wanted and voila. And it's live; can do things in it such as move the time bar. The picture (background) is, actually, Calgary. (BTW, The nice clock is highly customizable!)
AND, it goes with the rest of the Dark theme. Bonus
And another bonus, has all the funky Bing stuff at the top & still use-able including, Visual search. Can't say that for the Weather app.
And then there is where it goes, to what all it can go to after, hitting Details at the bottom-left.
