Windows 10 Windows Sandbox: Error 0x80070057 The Parameter is Incorrect

I receive the following message whenever I try and launch Windows Sandbox: Error 0x80070057 The Parameter is Incorrect

I have verified the necessary features are installed, and virtualization is enabled on the CPU. I did check inside of the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Containers\Sandboxes\ where I would expect to see some files, but the location is empty.

Any ideas?
