Hi All,
I am attempting to fix a Windows 10 installation that was accidentally reset.
Post reset the Windows 10 Home v1909 installation has a number of important app incompatibilities.
I suspect that during the reset process Windows may have been updated from an earlier version, e.g.: v1903.
I noticed that the folder Windows.old exists on the root drive, and that it is a recent date -
After looking at the Settings I noted that the option "Go Back to the previous version of Windows 10" is not available on this computer.
I find this fact a little surprising given that a Windows.old folder is available on the root drive.
Is there any way to restore this computer to its pre reset state; perhaps using a 3rd party tool?
I do not have any backups of this computer so my fingers are crossed!
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Davo
