I plugged in an external HD that was protected by bitlocker.
A pop-up windows shows that Decryption is paused at 73.1.
There is a resume button but when clicked, it only makes it worse and the window is Not Responding.
On cmd, I checked manage-bde -status:
I tried to do manage-bde -off -on -resume, but both commands would result in:
ERROR: An error occurred (code 0x80310059):
"BitLocker Drive Encryption is already performing an operation on this drive. Please complete all operations before continuing."
I tried the same with powershell and get the same error. The only thing I was able to do is to unlock, and enable autounlock. I checked group policy and my laptop has access to the drive. I can view the file names and folder, but can't open docs or images.
I also tried to do chekdisk and recover from bitlocker driver to a new harddrive, nothing happens. I have the key and filename and the password. But those don't help either.
