Windows 10 Message under Windows update: Your device is at risk because it's out of date and missing important security updates...

Hello all,

We are receiving below message under "Windows Update":

Is it a Windows 10 behavior wherein if an update doesn't get installed within certain timeframe, this message gets displayed? Like if we don't install updates for 30 days or so?
Just for the info: Updates are being managed by Configuration Manager currently.
