Windows 10 File Not Upload On Google Chrome & Firefox

Hello All

My User Working on Web application with browser ( Chrome & Firefox ) & upload the document after click on upload button & select the file daily basis but yesterday after update the windows 10 ( pro ) user unable to do her uploading because after the Click the upload button POPUP Window Not Opening ( For Select the file location ).


Issue not resolved after do below step

- I have update the windows once again

- Reinstall Both browser

- Update antivirus and scan

- Changed user profile



* My User able to his work on similar laptop ,

* For the timing I have install MX browser on his laptop and user able to done his woke on this browser.

Please any one have some tips please share with us
