I have a client getting the above error message on a Windows 10 pro workstation (build 1909). Scanning the Internet / forums this message appears to be related to Hyper-V and specific to Servers not workstations.
The workstation in question is not running Hyper-V (not installed). The processID in the error points to the spoolsv service.
I confirmed that it is related the spoolsv service by disabling the service and rebooting the system. With the service disabled the message does not appear in the Event Viewer. I also deleted the printers, but as long as the spoolsv service is running the errors continue.
There was some mention of Acronis and Veritas backup programs generating the errors (again on servers not workstations), but neither program is installed on his system.
The error is generated about 15 times within a few seconds and repeats every hour and 15 minutes to hour and a half.
Here is the complete error:

Anyone have any ideas / thoughts as to why we are getting this error and how to get rid of it?
