Windows 10 How to fix Windows 10 app store error 0x80240438 ?

Hi,

I found my Windows 10 doesn't able to download any apps from Microsot store (microsoft market).

I had login to the windows by my hotmail ID. and My Windows Update service are set to be automatically startup.

I checked the Microsoft market error code is "0x80240438"

That problem already exist for more than 3 months. I read this forum and go though google. But still can't find any solution.

Please help!
