Windows 10 Old RDP app working New RDP app will not

I have two systems where the old remote desktop program has been running fine for years. After migrating to Windows 10 the old RDP app continues to work just fine but when I attempt to install and use the new remote desktop application (GUI) the new app hangs (endless cycling). The new RDP app works fine on every other system except these two.


Any ideas?
