Windows 10 OneDrive stopped syncing to my TouchSmart computer

When I open the OneDrive\SkyDrive camera roll\ folder the images are shown with an X:

1595279.jpg

When I try to copy them to a folder on my TouchSmart computer I get the following message:

1595281.jpg

How do I correct this?
