I have used the shell launcher (Use Shell Launcher to create a Windows 10 kiosk (Windows 10) - Configure Windows) to configure a local user account 'KIOUSER' shell to execute a Business application and Administrators group shell to explorer.exe. As per the Business requirement, KIOUSER is set to autologon.

It works perfectly. The only problem is that how do I allow the admin user to logon to the machine in case of troubleshooting an issue. Please suggest.
